Services: Harmony Nutrition provides lectures and one-to-one nutrition coach. It focuses on the prevention of diabetes. My purpose is to help patients with prediabetes and people who want to reduce the risk of diabetes to reverse or delay the progression of diabetes through lifestyle changes.
1, Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Change Coaching:
The course is designed according to the guidelines of CDC "Prevent T2 Lifestyle Change Program" and is led by a CDC-certified lifestyle coach. Through a 8-week course, you will learn to make lifestyle changes including a healthy diet, active exercise, stress reduction to reverse or slow the progression of diabetes.
Object:
1. People with prediabetes
2. People who are at risk of type 2 diabetes.
Training method: You can choose:
1. In Person courses: 4 weeks, 2 hours each.
2. Online courses: 4 weeks, 1.5 hours each.
Non-profit organizations, and churches are welcome to contact me.
2, One to one Nutrition Coach
Harmony Nutrition provides one-on-one nutrition coaching. One-on-one nutrition coaching is effective because it provides individualized guidance and support in developing a nutrition plan based on each individual's specific needs and goals.
